It started with a container of leftover curry.
We’d found it at the back of the fridge, couldn’t remember when it went in, and spent twenty minutes online trying to work out if it was still okay to eat. Half the answers were written for food scientists. The other half wanted to sell us a set of glass containers. Neither actually answered the question.
That’s pretty much why this site exists.
What we write about
Ordinary stuff, mostly. Sleep, food, travel, keeping a home running without losing your mind, making clothes last longer than one season. The kind of things you’d normally ask a friend who seems to have it figured out.
Some posts are short and get straight to it. Others wander a bit more, like our list of where locals actually eat in Chandigarh, which took far more taste-testing than we’d planned.
How we put posts together
We start with a real question. Then we dig into it, check what reliable sources say, and throw out anything that sounds good but doesn’t hold up. If a tip only works in theory, it doesn’t make it into the post.
We try to write the way people talk. Short where it can be. Longer when a topic needs it.
Sponsored posts and affiliate links get labeled. Always.
About our health posts
We’re writers, not doctors. Our health and wellness pieces are general information, so if something affects your own health, talk to a professional before you change anything.
